-Student Data Form **Please take the time to fill this out and return it ASAP!
-School Lunch Envelope
-A letter from the administration re: bussing
-A copy of our class' September calendar (also availble here)
-Class Dojo information
I look forward to getting to know you and your child better throughout the course of the school year! We will work together to make Grade 5 the most successful year yet!
