Good afternoon everyone,
Our next Math test (Ch. 9 - La division) will be next Wednesday, May 24th. A study guide was sent home today with students. We started working on the Chapter Review today in class, and will be finishing it up tomorrow. I suggest that, if possible, over the long weekend, students compile a list of any questions they have so I can help them as necessary on Tuesday. The questions on the test will be very similar to those in the Chapter Review.
In Language Arts, we just finished reading our latest novel "Too Many Secrets" - and students will be doing a brief choice project next week. In Français, we are finishing up reading Sooshewan - La jeune Beothuk (which ties in with our current unit in Sciences Humaines). In Sciences Humaines, students are in the midst of class presentations on various First Nations Groups. We have just started our last unit in Science, Forces and Structures, which is sure to be interesting!
